Job Description - Swim & Sports Officer

Job Description

Responsible for providing reception services at the Sports and Swim counter
Attend to inquiries regarding Sports & Swimming facilities and programs (Answering incoming telephone calls, email, checking of member booking and billing)
Assist the department with facilities management of all sports & swim facilities and ensure it is properly maintained and that all things are in place
Assist in the running of Sports & Swimming events/competitions
Carry out any other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements:

Self-discipline and self-motivation as well as being a team player
N level or ITE Certification preferably in Sports
Knowledge in fitness training is an advantage
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Able to work rotating shifts
5-day work week (including weekends & Public Holidays)
