TCM Wellness Sales Consultant（养生师）

Permanent | Full-Time
As our business continues to grow and expand, we are looking for passionate and customer-focused TCM Wellness Sales Consultants to join our team.

If you are passionate about Traditional Chinese Medicine, wellness and helping clients achieve better health outcomes while building lasting relationships, we invite you to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional consultation on TCM, wellness and treatment programmes.
• Recommend suitable treatment plans, wellness packages and retail products based on clients' needs.
• Build strong and lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through ethical and professional consultation.
• Follow up with clients on their treatment progress and appointments to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Support front desk operations and administrative duties when required.
• Work closely with TCM Physicians and the clinic team to deliver a seamless client experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in TCM, wellness, spa, beauty or related industries.
• Proven sales track record with the ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Passionate about TCM, wellness and providing outstanding customer care.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, self-motivated, service-oriented and results-driven.
• A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work weekends and Public Holidays on a roster basis.
• Proficiency in spoken English and Mandarin Chinese to communicate effectively with English- and Mandarin-speaking clients.
