TEACHER - HOSPITALITY SERVICES

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Mentor students to develop their capabilities in hospitality services.
• Inspire students to have confidence and advise them on their career path.
• Design effective instructional materials to enhance students' learning.
• Create conducive and industry-oriented learning environment to develop students' thinking and maximize their learning abilities.

Requirements:

Basic

• Diploma/Degree holder in Hotel, Food & Beverage Operations, Culinary or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of work experience in hotel or F&B industry.
• Knowledge and skills in F&B operations, housekeeping, and customer service.
• Knowledge and skills in food preparation and kitchen practice for the position of Teacher (Chef).
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Advantageous

• WSQ ACTA and/or DACE qualifications.
• Knowledge and skills in making pastry and baking.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience.
