Job Summary

You will assemble, install, and maintain rehab equipment, deliver and demonstrate its use to customers, support logistics and warehouse operations, and ensure equipment quality and proper record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install rehabilitation equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety for users
• Deliver equipment to customers and demonstrate correct usage to enhance user confidence and safety
• Inspect, repair, and service rehabilitation equipment to maintain optimal performance and reliability
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed for accountability and traceability
• Support logistics and warehouse operations to ensure timely and efficient equipment handling
• Conduct quality control checks on equipment to uphold company standards and customer satisfaction

Required competencies and certifications

• Apply mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
• Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license to operate company vehicles for deliveries and service calls
• Safely carry and load heavy products to support equipment handling and delivery
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members to ensure understanding and effective service delivery
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn to adapt and grow within the role

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working in a technical position to enhance equipment maintenance and repair capabilities
• At least 2 years of driving experience to support safe and confident vehicle operation
