Job Description:

• Deliver scripted presentations to promote the company’s products and services
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Collect customer details (e.g., name, contact information, address) for order processing and service delivery
• Maintain and update customer records, including contact history and preferences
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to identify sales opportunities
• Keep accurate documentation of customer interactions
• Conduct surveys to gather insights and identify potential leads

Job Requirements:

• Able to work retail hours: Weekdays: 10:45 AM – 9:00 PM & Weekends/Public Holidays: 9:45 AM – 6:00 PM

• 维护并更新客户资料，包括联系记录及客户偏好
• 跟进现有客户及潜在客户，发掘销售机会
• 准确记录所有客户沟通内容
• 进行客户调查，收集潜在客户信息
