Conduct outbound calls using the Company's provided customer database to introduce and promote our products and services
Engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and effectively present the features, benefits, and value of our products and services to generate interest and sales opportunities
Build strong customer relationships by following up through calls or messages to secure appointments, close sales, and achieve individual sales targets
Accurately maintain customer records, call activities, and sales outcomes in the Company's system
Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, appointments secured, sales performance, and provide feedback or recommendations to enhance telemarketing effectiveness
Work closely with the team and support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives as assigned.
Perform any other marketing, telemarketing, or administrative duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
Proven track record as a telemarketer or similar sales / customer service role
Proficient in spoken English and one other language
Proficient in Microsoft Office, and use of telephone systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Warm, welcoming and approachable voice
Excellent skills in negotiation and dealing with customers’ objections
Patient and composed in the face of customers’ objections and feedback
Highly independent, disciplined and takes initiative
