Telemarketer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Telemarketer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely service delivery
• Follow up with customers to remind and confirm upcoming appointments, improving attendance rates
• Reconnect with customers to introduce ongoing promotions and increase engagement
• Handle customer enquiries professionally via phone calls and messaging platforms to resolve issues and provide information
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment schedules to support efficient operations
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support team functions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service to enhance communication effectiveness
• Basic computer literacy to manage customer records and scheduling systems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers clearly and courteously
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude to foster a welcoming customer experience
• Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone to handle enquiries and appointments

• Monday to Friday
• 10:00am – 5:00pm

Salary

• $2500-$3000
• Performance incentives available
