Telesales Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer service and sales enquiries.
• Manage administrative processes and follow up to close sales opportunities.
• Monitor and follow up on customers with significant variances in energy/power consumption.
• Provide timely solutions and support to address customer enquiries and concerns

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or administrative support will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
• Able to multitask and manage administrative duties efficiently.
• Comfortable handling customer enquiries and following up on sales opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with 1-year contract
