Job Description - Temp Customer Support RepresentativeUpper Thomson - J44933

Location: Upper Thomson

Duration: 12 months

Salary: $2390 Per Month

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday (830am - 6pm), Friday (830am - 530pm)

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to customers who have provided feedback.
Listen actively to customers' concerns and complaints.
Provide empathetic and professional responses to resolve issues and address feedback effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions and improvements based on customer feedback.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

Minimum A Level qualification
Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
Singaporean only
