Tender Coordinator(Construction, Ang Mo Kio)

Responsibilities:

Handle and prepare quotations for projects and tenders

Data collection and documentation handling

Study contract documents, perform measurements and timely prepare Bill of Quantities

Preparation of tender submission and analysis

Assist in cost estimation and quantity measurement

Maintain documentation and filing system

Perform strong administrative and other ad-hoc tasks assigned such as filing and archiving of documents

Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

Minimum diploma/degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Mechanical & Electrical/Electronics or equivalent

Experience in Singapore’s construction or M&E industry is preferred

Possesses good communication skills to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking associates

Ability to read layout drawings and AutoCAD Drawings is preferred.
