Tuition Centre Manager (Central/North East)

📍 Location: Central / North East

🕒 Work Hours: 5 days work week (Including 1 weekend)

(Mon-Fri 12.30pm-9.30pm, Sat or Sun 8.30am-6.30pm)

💰 Salary: Up to $5,000

Job Scope:

• Drive enrolment, sales and retention targets.
• Oversee daily centre operations and service standards.
• Build strong parent and student relationships while resolving feedback.
• Lead centre teams and manage performance, administration and CRM systems.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in education, retail, hospitality or customer service, with 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage daily operations.
• Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, lead teams and use CRM or related systems effectively.
