Job Description & Requirements

Our client is in the Education Industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting for an Executive (Student Services) to join their team and support student administration, customer service, and student engagement activities.

Location: Dhoby Ghaut

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary
Up to $2,300/month + Bonus Available

Contract Duration: 1 Year Contract
Expected Start Date: July 2026

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide frontline support and assistance to students and stakeholders
• Handle student enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
• Support student administration and record management
• Assist with enrolment and course-related matters
• Coordinate student-related events and activities
• Perform administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• Preferably 1 year of customer service experience within the education sector
