*URGENT* Dental Receptionist (Central) #HRY

Location: Novena / Farrer Park
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9.00am – 6.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am – 1.00pm

Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, professional and organised Clinic Receptionist to support the daily operations of a specialist dental clinic. The incumbent will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in ensuring a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage appointment scheduling and patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email
• Welcome and register patients upon arrival
• Handle billing, payment collection and receipt issuance
• Assist with insurance, Medisave and CHAS claim submissions where applicable
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Support general clinic administrative duties
• Coordinate patient flow and ensure smooth front desk operations
• Keep the reception area organised and presentable

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma
• Prior experience in customer service, reception or healthcare settings will be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
