Key Responsibilities

· Handle feedback related to vocational licensing matters via calls and emails

· Communicate with members of the public and provide clear written responses

· Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve cases

· Follow established guidelines for feedback handling

· Utilize Microsoft Office and internal systems (training provided)

· Support administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as required

Preferred Traits

· Strong communication skills in English(spoken and written)

· Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage

· Prior customer service experience preferred

· Comfortable handling public enquiries and feedback

· Reliable with good attendance record
