Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and energetic individuals to join our Front of House team, delivering excellent food and beverage service while supporting a smooth dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests to enhance their dining experience
• Accurately take and process guest orders to ensure timely service
• Maintain cleanliness and attractive presentation of dining areas to uphold hygiene standards
• Assist guests by providing informed menu recommendations to improve satisfaction
• Collaborate effectively with bar and kitchen teams to coordinate service flow
• Work reliably on weekends and public holidays to support operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service in a hospitality setting
• Communicate clearly and work cooperatively within a team environment
• Prior hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory
