Are you enthusiastic, personable, and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service? Join our team as a Waiter/Waitress at the Upper House and be a part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly introduction to our restaurant.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus, making recommendations and answering questions about menu items and specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system promptly.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation meet our high standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns, striving to exceed expectations and create a positive dining experience.
• Clear tables and reset them efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of orders.
• Assist with cleaning and closing duties as needed to ensure a clean and orderly environment for the next shift.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills, with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work culture.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the demands of the business.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and etiquette is an asset.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
