salary Salary :

$2,800 - 3,100 monthly

Job Description - Warehouse Customer Service Executive

  1. Import, export and transfer coordination
  2. Inventory management with proper records and transactions
  3. Maintain good relationsips with customers and colleagues
  4. Up keep department KPI and take on additional task when assign
  5. Coordination with warehouse team for daily operations
  6. Support other functions within department and peers when needed
  7. Ad hoc tasks assigned by superior


Essential Qualities

  1. Knowledge of import and export, inventory management and WMS applications
  2. Team player and customer centric
  3. Willing to support operations even on weekends and after office hours


Qualifications and skills requirements

  1. WMS application
  2. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
  3. Good experience and knowledge will be advantageous
  4. Min N/O level, Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management
  5. Relevant experience in logistics


Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Company transport to and from Jurong East MRT.
