Central Kitchen Duties (Main Duties)

1. Pack pre-marinated chickens
2. Wash, peel and cut vegetables
3. Weigh and portion ingredients
4. Label and pack food items
5. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
6. Adhere to recipes and operating procedures guidelines
7. Any other duties as directed

Driving Duties

1. ISO22000 guidelines with QR code scanning for delivery updates
2. Ensure all deliver goods are handled properly during transit
3. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
4. Assist with loading and unloading as needed
5. Adhere to operating procedures guidelines
6. Any other duties as directed

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 1-2 year of relevant working experience
2. Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply, as training will be provided
3. Simple lifting
4. Valid Class 3 driver’s license with clean driving records
5. Familiar with Singapore’s roads and safe driving practices
