2105 Graphic Designer/Orchard

Name of Authority: Character and Citizenship Education Branch

Contract Period: From 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2027.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

•Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

•Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

•Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Requirements:

The Personnel shall have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

•Diploma or equivalent in an area of study related to media/graphic design.

•Ability to use design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe AfterEffects, InDesign and Canva.

•At least 1 year of experience working as a Graphic Designer or its equivalent.

•Be proactive, able to multi task and work independently.

Job Scopes:

Job Scope: Support the Character and Citizenship Education with the following responsibilities:

Illustration:

•Create original illustrations and visual concepts

Interactive Resource Development:

•Design and develop motion graphics, 2D animations, and videos

•Create storyboards for interactive resources

•Manage projects related to interactive resource development

Resource Design:

•Conceptualise and produce various resources, including infographics, PowerPoint slides, and curriculum materials

•Apply design principles, typography, and colour theory in resource creation.
