3D Motion Graphic Designer & Animator

Key Responsibilities

·      Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to conceptualize ideas, develop story boards, and translate creative direction into compelling animation.

·      Design story boards, animatics, and visual concepts to support animation sequences for casino floor display systems and digital media screens.

·      Create and execute 3D animation sequences and visual effects based on concept art, delivering polished and production-ready motion content.

·      Support the 3D production workflow as needed, including modelling, topology, UV unwrapping, texturing, rigging, animation, lighting, and rendering.

·      Develop high-quality 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for casino floor display systems and digital media screens.

·      Prepare, optimize, and export animation and graphic assets across multiple formats and screen configurations, ensuring technical specifications and display requirements are met.

·      Develop engaging visual content such as jackpot animations, win sequences, celebratory effects, and UI-related motion graphics for gaming machine interfaces and overhead displays.

·      Incorporate stakeholder feedback and perform iterative refinements to improve animation timing, visual impact, and overall quality.

·      Conduct reviews of existing visual content and contribute suggestions for improvement to enhance player engagement and visual experience.

·      Work closely with teams to support animation guidelines, creative direction, and production workflows for display systems.

·      Handle assigned animation tasks across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to production schedules.

·      Maintain an organized asset library with proper naming conventions and version control practices.

·      Stay updated with motion design techniques and visual effects trends, particularly for casino gaming machine display systems and entertainment visuals.

·      Familiarity with real-time or interactive display systems is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

·      Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender.

·      Strong visual storytelling skills with excellent attention to motion quality, timing, and detail.

·      Strong understanding of animation principles including timing, spacing, and motion dynamics.

·      Experience creating cinematic-quality or stylized animation sequences is a plus.

·      Strong design sensibility with the ability to evaluate and improve animation quality and visual impact.

·      Solid understanding of visual design principles, including composition, layout, colour theory, and motion design for digital display systems.

·      Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

·      Familiarity with real-time or interactive display systems is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

·      Diploma or Degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Digital Arts, or a related field.

·      3 to 5 years of experience in 3D animation, motion graphics, or visual effects production.

·      Experience creating animation content for digital display systems, motion graphics, or event-driven visual effects.

·      Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D.

·      Familiarity with supporting tools such as Photoshop, ZBrush, or Marvelous Designer is a plus.

·      Ability to design or animate characters, UI elements, or visual effects assets is an advantage.

·      Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D animation, motion graphics, or visual effects work is required.
