Assistant Business Development Manager - WCAN

Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand the company’s presence across APAC markets.
• Present, promote, and drive sales of brand licensing, partnership, and commercial solutions to existing and prospective clients.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales activities and achieve business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute ideas to enhance sales performance and operational efficiency.
• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies and business plans across APAC markets.
• Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular updates and market insights to management.
• Support, coach, and guide junior team members where required.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development.
• Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) for client communication.
• Willing to travel overseas for business needs.
