Commission & Electrical Design Engineer – Transportation/Marine

Responsibilities:

• Determine electrical system requirements for marine vessels and create detailed schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Select appropriate components, materials, and develop control logic and automation systems.
• Supervise installation, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, ensuring functionality and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with shipyard personnel and project managers to coordinate commissioning schedules and resources.
• Analyze system performance for optimization and implement innovative technologies.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including operation manuals and maintenance guides.
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and obtain necessary approvals and certifications.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3+ years of experience in Commissioning & Electrical Design in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge and experience in design software, simulation tools
• Willingness to travel.
