Creative AI Pipeline Lead / AI Creative Technologist

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Creative AI Pipeline Lead / AI Creative Technologist to shape and supervise the creative use of generative AI across film, television and digital production workflows.

The role will define visual standards, creative prompting methods, reference-conditioning approaches and quality criteria for AI-assisted outputs, including character and casting references, locations, storyboards, visual development assets and production references.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Define creative methodologies and quality standards for AI-assisted visual workflows.
• Translate directorial and production requirements into clear creative specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Test and evaluate generative AI tools, models and workflows.
• Review outputs for visual consistency, character continuity, composition, style and production relevance.
• Curate creative reference datasets and document repeatable workflows.
• Train internal users on the responsible and effective use of AI-generated materials.
• Work closely with product, engineering and production teams to ensure creative requirements are implemented effectively.
• Refine workflows based on feedback from live productions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in generative AI, creative technology, visual development, VFX, animation, virtual production, production design or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with generative AI image and visual-development tools.
• Strong visual judgement and understanding of reference-based generation, character consistency and iterative refinement.
• Ability to translate creative direction into structured, repeatable workflows.
• Good communication, documentation and training skills.
• Understanding of copyright, confidentiality, data provenance and responsible AI use.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience in film, television, advertising, animation, games or virtual production is preferred.

This is a Singapore-based role working closely with creative, production, product and engineering teams.
