Curriculum Editor (Offisite)

Responsibilities

• To edit and proofread Mandarin Curriculum to ensure quality and consistency
• To maintain and enhance the quality of publication
• To consult with Head of Departments and assess their needs, ensuring that design specifications meet specific restrictions
• To edit video content for online platforms or classroom materials
• To keep abreast of recent developments and technologies in the graphic arts field.
• To provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, or any other administrative support tasks

Requirements:

• Min Diploma holder
• Excellent proficiency in Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Strong writing and proofreading skills
• Keen eye for detail to ensure that the content is free from errors and complies with editorial style and guidelines
• Strong organisation and project management skills
• Experience in managing internal/external stakeholders will be advantageous
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Knowledge of Adobe, MSOffice Applications and use of IT systems.
• Good to have prior experience in a school environment.
