Job Description - Digital Marketing Specialist

Continuing our journey of innovation, we are expanding into medical aesthetics, delivering advanced, personalised treatments that empower clients to look and feel their best.

We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our beauty brand and execute campaigns that deliver measurable impact. This role encompasses campaign performance, website optimisation, and digital marketing infrastructure, and related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Brand Voice: Manage and grow our Social Media presence (IG/TikTok/FB). You aren’t just posting; you’re creating high-end, aesthetic content that converts followers into clinic consultations.
  • The Lead Designer: You own the visual identity. From designing product labels and luxury brochures to creating the "Golden Ticket" referral flyers for our sales team, your work defines how the world sees Anake.
  • Landlord & Mall Relations: Act as the primary liaison for mall management (e.g., CapitaLand, Frasers). You will coordinate mall-wide campaigns, secure basement/entrance ad spaces, and ensure our shopfronts are maximized for foot traffic.
  • Campaign Lifecycle: Work closely with the Regional Manager or with the Product Manager to launch monthly promos. You’ll handle the "Full Stack"—from the initial concept to the physical signage in the boutiques and the digital ads on our feeds.
  • Independent Project Management: You will operate as a "unit of one." You manage your own deadlines, vendors (printers/agencies), and budget without needing a hand to hold.
  • The Creative Swiss Army Knife: You have a "design-first" mindset. Proficiency in Adobe Suite or high-level Canva is a must. You can take a raw photo of a medical device and turn it into a luxury ad.
  • Social Media Native: You understand the "Aesthetic" industry. You know how to film a 15-second "Glass Skin" reel that goes viral.
  • Operationally Minded: You don't just make things look pretty; you make them work. You understand that marketing’s job is to support the Sales Manager and fill the Doctor’s calendar.
  • Highly Independent: You thrive in a small office setting where you have the freedom to lead, but the discipline to execute every detail without a marketing department behind you.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, or wellness industries.
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, paid media, and analytics, with the ability to translate insights into effective campaigns.
  • Skilled in creative software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent.
  • Refined visual and branding sensibility, balancing creativity with measurable results.
  • Data-driven and capable of translating insights into strategy.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and visual.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
  • Able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
