Engineer

We are looking for an Engineer

- capable of overseeing project to ensure each phase is completed accurately, on time, and within budget

- coordinate with the Company's marketing and sales departments to determine what products or services are offered to clients and then develop those offerings to specifications

- responsible for new product qualification ensuring First Article success, transfer of process and technologies for successive mass production

- develop and improve manufacturing processes and procedures to meet customers’ quality and delivery expectations

- investigate and analyze manufacturing problems; as well as customers’ complains or product returns relating to equipment, method, man and materials; recommend and implement appropriate containment, immediate corrective actions and long-term preventive actions to prevent recurrence

- support Engineering Manager in new products, new processes qualification and validation, sourcing and costing

- support Quality team in all First Article, product and process investigation and also participate in call the meetings with customers to ensure alignment of expectation

- ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government regulatory requirements on workplace safety and health requirements

- performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
