[Expressing of Interest] Full Stack Platform Developers

Recruit123 is currently partnering with an established organization to hire a Full-Stack Platform Developer. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in an upcoming new product launch while managing and expanding a specialized digital platform portfolio.

What you will be doing:

In this role, you will focus on establishing new foundational components, educating internal and external stakeholders on technical capabilities, and ensuring each application portfolio receives strategic architectural attention. Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include writing and optimizing code across both frontend and backend systems to introduce robust features and drive platform adoption. You will execute tailored deployment and scaling strategies aligned with major product guidelines, analyze system architecture to increase performance and reliability, and build strong relationships with product managers, QA teams, and DevOps engineers. Additionally, you will handle data-driven code reviews, manage your daily schedule to balance multiple product features, support engineering syncs, and gather technical intelligence on modern system architectures to keep development aligned with company targets.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking candidates with at least 1 year of experience in full-stack software or systems engineering. Because you will handle multiple system modules and codebases, strong organizational and time-management skills are essential. You should be highly adaptable, comfortable learning different clinical data frameworks and libraries, and able to switch implementation strategies smoothly throughout the day. Excellent technical communication and collaboration skills are required, including the ability to handle constructive feedback and code objections from senior developers or product leads using patience and data.
