Fashion Designer

GINLEE is a Singapore-based design studio exploring the balance between structure and fluidity through thoughtful, wearable design.

As we grow into our next stage, we are looking for a Fashion Designer / Developer to join our team, someone who is equally interested in design, product development, and bringing meaningful products into the world.

This role goes beyond pure design execution.

We are looking for someone who enjoys shaping products from concept to completion, with care for both design intent and final outcome.

The Role

You will work closely with the founders and team across:

• Product and collection development

• Mock-ups, fittings, and garment refinement

• Tech packs and supplier coordination

• Product follow-through from concept to production

• Communication with suppliers on fit comments and development

• Ongoing product improvements through retail and customer feedback

• Ownership of product timelines, sell-through, and product improvements

Who You Are

• Strong in garment development and technical execution

• Thoughtful, organised, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable balancing creativity with practicality

• Interested in how products perform beyond the design stage

• Comfortable coordinating with factories and following through on timelines

• Curious, collaborative, and willing to grow with the company

• Mandarin-speaking ability is a plus for communication with suppliers and factories

Experience in contemporary or designer fashion brands will be highly valued.
