Fashion Designer (Sportswear)

Location: Changi
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Salary: $3000-$5000 (depends on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically proficient Fashion Designer to join our apparel team. This position focuses on the design and development of activewear, performance wear, and knit garments, while working closely with product development and production teams to transform ideas into finished products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design activewear and performance apparel from initial concept through to final sampling

• Prepare sketches, tech packs, and detailed garment specifications

• Conduct research on fashion trends, fabrics, trims, and market innovations

• Collaborate with internal teams on garment fitting, pattern revisions, and technical improvements

• Ensure designs are aligned with production feasibility, costing targets, and quality standards

• Liaise with suppliers and factories on fabric sourcing and prototype development

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related discipline

• Training will be provided; prior experience in sportswear, activewear, or knitwear design is an added advantage

• Good knowledge of garment construction, fabric properties, and technical apparel details

• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively within deadlines

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
