Fashion Merchandiser (Manufacturing)

Fiema International is a fast-forward fashion design and apparel manufacturing company with a fully owned factory in China. We partner with local fashion brands and corporates to deliver end-to-end apparel design, development, and manufacturing services.

Job Summary

Support the Design Team by coordinating sample production and managing order processing to ensure timely delivery of quality apparel products. Collaborate closely with the factory and internal teams to drive efficient production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sample production with the Design Team to meet project timelines
• Process buyers’ orders accurately to facilitate smooth production and delivery
• Communicate and coordinate production matters with the factory to resolve issues and align expectations
• Monitor production schedules and track progress to ensure timely delivery of samples and finished goods to customers
• Prepare order sheets, purchase orders, delivery orders, and perform data entry and basic tech pack documentation
• Manage multiple tasks independently with attention to detail and minimal supervision

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Textile, Fashion Design, or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Photoshop for document preparation and design support
• Good communication and coordination skills to liaise closely with our China factory on daily production matters via WeChat.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in textile or fashion design production coordination
• Strong organizational skills demonstrated by managing production schedules and documentation efficiently
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player
