We are hiring for an experienced GenAI Engineer to explore and develop use cases involving AI or other related technology stack in tourism sector.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop GenAI applications using APIs and SDKs from platforms such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock or equivalent providers.
2. Build backend and frontend components, including APIs, user interfaces and integrations with internal / external systems.
3. Design & implement RAG solutions, including ingestion approaches, chunking, embeddings, vector search, retrieval quality checks, citation handling and answer grounding.
4. Design & implement agentic workflows, including tool / function calling, workflow orchestration, state management, human-in-the-loop steps and guardrails.
5. Deploy solutions using AWS services such as S3, Lambda, ECS / Fargate, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Step Functions
6. Develop & maintain clear and concise documentation of GenAI models, processes and results.
7. Abreast of the latest GenAI developments, including LLMs, multimodal models, RAG, agentic workflows, AI-assisted coding, evaluation methods and relevant cloud services.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in any IT discipline
• Strong experience in JavaScript / TypeScript, with good understanding of APIs, databases, testing and debugging.
• Practical experience integrating LLMs or multimodal models through APIs / SDKs such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock or equivalent.
• Understanding of prompt design, structured outputs, embeddings, RAG, model selection and trade-offs across cost, latency, reliability and quality.
• Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms, preferably AWS serverless or container-based services.
