Graphic Designer

The Services required are set out as follows:

Job Scope: Support the Character and Citizenship Education with the following responsibilities:

Illustration:

·         Create original illustrations and visual concepts

Interactive Resource Development:

·         Design and develop motion graphics, 2D animations, and videos

·         Create storyboards for interactive resources

·         Manage projects related to interactive resource development

Resource Design:

·         Conceptualize and produce various resources, including infographics, PowerPoint slides, and curriculum materials

·         Apply design principles, typography, and color theory in resource creation.
The Personnel shall have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Diploma or equivalent in an area of study related to media/graphic design.
• Ability to use design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, InDesign and Canva.

·        At least 1 year of experience working as a Graphic Designer or its equivalent.

·        Be proactive, able to multitask and work independently.

Working location: Central Singapore

Contract Period: From 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2027.

·      Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
