Role Summary

A creative and versatile Graphic Designer who support our brand’s visual identity across product, marketing, and corporate materials.

This role goes beyond just design execution — you will play a key part in shaping how our products and brand are perceived by consumers, ensuring all visuals are engaging, relevant, and aligned with current market trends.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Development

1. Develop creative concepts and visual designs for:
2. Product packaging
3. Brand mascots and illustrations
4. Marketing collaterals (print & digital)
5. Corporate / office materials (presentations, documents, etc.)
6. Ensure all designs are aligned with brand identity and positioning

Marketing & Social Media Support

1. Create visuals for social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
2. Support digital marketing campaigns with engaging and conversion-focused designs
3. Work closely with the marketing team on promotional visuals and launches

Cross-Functional Collaboration

1. Collaborate with Sales, Management, and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into effective design solutions
2. Support product launches and campaigns with timely design deliverables
3. Incorporate feedback while maintaining design integrity

Trend Awareness & Innovation

1. Stay updated on design trends, consumer preferences, and market aesthetics
2. Proactively suggest creative ideas to enhance brand appeal and competitiveness
3. Continuously improve existing design assets and visual direction

Requirements

1. Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
2. Proficient in design tools (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
3. Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, branding, and marketing design work
4. Good understanding of consumer-focused design and visual storytelling
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
6. Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable
7. Possess business acumen, strong interpersonal and communication skills
8. Proactive, able to work independently and as a team player.
