Graphic Designer (In-House)

Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, and more. Collaborate with other departments to understand design requirements and objectives.

Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with project goals and brand guidelines.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and feedback.

Software Proficiency: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance design skills and knowledge.

Communication: Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging social media graphics, website banners, infographics, and other digital assets.

Print and Digital Design: Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, packaging, and advertisements.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

Manage social media platforms: Manage social media platforms, including content creation and editing of assets

Requirements:

Proven experience as an In-House Creative Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and versatility.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant tools.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.

A passion for creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Knowledge in UI and UX is a plus point.
