Job Description – Interior Creative Designer
Undertake design project from concept to completion.
Meet and understand client’s objectives and needs to propose concept plan.
Produce hand drawn perspective drawings during presentations.
Produce 2D and 3D drawings of projects sites, detailed drawings of furniture and fittings.
Work with sub-con or suppliers to understand and source for materials, costs and effects.
Develop creative, solution-base plans to clients in areas of space planning, furniture products, colours and material application.
Take on-site measurements and all relevant photos for planning and conceptualising.
Work closely with project team and client during the construction/implantation phase.
Understand the construction process and prioritize the procedures at various stages.
Ensure dimensions and materials use are accurate and fully functional.
Work diligently to deliver services and completed projects to client timely and professionally.
Maintain work communication and attend to client, project team enquiries always via WhatsApp and other communication tools, outside working hours if necessary.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Skills Must Have
Minimum 2 years of working experience as Creative Designer in SG.
Advance knowledge of in Autodesk, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Meticulous and adaptable to fast changes and meeting project timeline.
Exceptional time management and deliver jobs punctually.
Strong analytical skills and confident in handling clients’ concerns.
Great communication and interaction skills to engage clients’ attention.
Trustworthy and organized.
Commitment in working efficiently, accurately, independently.
Bilingual in both English and Mandarin.
Ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
Tact and diplomacy.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess minimum Professional Certificate / Higher NiTEC, Diploma in Art/Design, Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent
