INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description:

• Coordinate architectural 3D or visualization related projects between clients and creative team to ensure timely delivery of top notch work.
• Provide technical advices and pre-empt potential challenges to Team & Client.
• Manage Correspondence, documentation & Coordination with Client/Client' Representative and other contractors/consultants.
• Manage manpower & resources to execute on hand works within timeline.
• Liaising with different parties, client's representatives, sub-contractors, and consultants.
• Responsible for daily & timely site progress updates.
• Establish good business relationship with clients;
• Able to multi-task and arrange works efficiently

Job Requirements:

• Entry level Diploma candidates are welcome.
• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design or relevant disciplines.
• Proficient in the various design software (such as CAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max, etc.) and MS Office Applications.
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin is an added advantages to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
