INTERIOR DESIGNER

We are seeking a Sales Interior Designer to join POSH HOME HOLDING PTE LTD. This is a full-time position that combines creative design expertise with client-facing sales acumen. As a Sales Interior Designer, you will be at the forefront of transforming client visions into beautifully executed interior spaces whilst driving business growth. You will play a crucial role in our company by bridging the gap between design excellence and commercial success, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and tailored design solutions that exceed their expectations.

What you'll be doing

• Consult with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, budget constraints and lifestyle needs

• Develop creative and practical interior design concepts and presentations that align with client objectives

• Prepare detailed design proposals, mood boards, floor plans and 3D visualisations to present to clients

• Manage the sales process from initial consultation through to project completion and handover
  

  What we're looking for
  
  

  1. Diploma or degree in Interior Design or a related design discipline

  2. Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in a sales-focused environment

  3. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of completed design projects and design excellence

  4. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools

  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts to diverse audiences

  6. Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a track record of closing projects and meeting targets

  7. Knowledge of interior design principles, spatial planning, colour theory and materials

  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  9. Meticulous attention to detail and strong project management capabilities

  10. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating exceptional design solutions
