Junior Creative Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Creative Designer to support the development and execution of visual designs for client projects and production requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with the creative and production teams to create artwork, prepare design files, and ensure all deliverables meet quality and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating visual designs for social media, marketing materials, presentations, and other digital or print assets.

• Support the creative team in developing design concepts and layouts that align with brand guidelines.

• Edit and resize artwork, images, and graphics for various platforms and campaigns.

• Collaborate with the marketing, production, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of creative materials.

• Maintain organized design files and ensure proper version control of artwork.

• Assist in preparing mock-ups, presentations, and creative proposals when required.

• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

• Support ad-hoc creative and administrative tasks assigned by the Team Lead or management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics software is a plus.

• Strong sense of creativity, layout, typography, and attention to detail.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internship or portfolio experience will be an advantage.
