We have developed a digital platform, Fixmart, connecting homeowners, businesses, service providers, and suppliers through a seamless marketplace for home improvement, maintenance, repair, and renovation services. Our mission is to make finding trusted service providers fast, transparent, and hassle-free.

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Marketing Executive to help grow our brand awareness, user base, and business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and other online channels.
• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other marketing platforms.
• Manage and grow Fixmart's social media presence and online communities.
• Develop marketing materials including brochures, presentations, videos, and promotional content.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns to acquire homeowners, service providers, and suppliers onto the platform.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Assist in organizing events, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with the management team to develop and execute branding strategies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in digital marketing are welcome to apply.
• Familiar with social media platforms, content creation, and digital advertising.
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, video editing, or AI marketing tools will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and writing skills in English.
• Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently.
• Passionate about technology, digital platforms, and startups.
