Job Responsibilities
Analyze and decompose NVH performance requirements for products, define NVH targets, identify and resolve related issues, and continuously optimize NVH performance through iteration;
Plan and implement NVH tests, analyze data to identify root causes, cooperate with the team to complete NVH performance tuning and verification, and drive issue closure;
Conduct NVH simulation, establish acoustic or vibration simulation models, and support risk assessment in the early design stage;
Build NVH mass-production inspection stations and test standards; support supplier NVH performance management and participate in technical reviews;
Track cutting-edge NVH technologies in the industry (such as electric drive system NVH, active noise reduction, acoustic material applications, etc.) and promote technological innovation.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in vibration, dynamics, mechanical engineering or related majors;
Able to use English as a working language;
More than 3 years of relevant working experience in NVH, with a solid foundation in vibration and mechanical engineering;
Proficient in common vibration and noise testing and analysis tools, with rich experience in NVH problem-solving;
Skilled in development tools such as FMEA/FTA and common simulation analysis software; familiar with vehicle vibration damping, noise reduction structures and commonly used materials;
Innovative, self-driven, detail-oriented with a pursuit of excellence, clear logical thinking, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
