Packaging Designer

Position: Packaging Designer (Pharma / Health Supplements)

📍 Singapore | 💰 SGD 2,800 – 3,500/mth + 13‑month bonus + performance pay | 5‑day week

The Role

We seek a detail‑driven, compliant creative to design packaging (labels, leaflets, cartons) and in‑store posters for TCM and health supplements. You’ll balance brand aesthetics with HSA, GMP, and export‑market regulatory requirements (incl. bilingual EN/CN labelling). Work across marketing, regulatory, procurement, and production to ensure print feasibility, material suitability, and cost control. Track trends (sustainability, UX) and maintain design templates and asset libraries.

Requirements

· Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Packaging Design.

· 2+ years’ packaging experience; pharma/healthcare/medical device background preferred.

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (AI, PS, ID) – able to deliver high‑quality drafts independently.

· Solid knowledge of packaging structures, printing processes (offset/flexo/digital), and materials.

· Familiar with pharmaceutical labelling rules (ingredient lists, warnings, bilingual layout).

· 3D/rendering skills (C4D, Blender, ArtiosCAD) are a plus.

· Good English (read regulatory docs) and fluent Chinese (advantageous for supplier/internal comms).

· Sharp eye for detail, ability to juggle multiple projects, strong cross‑functional communication.
