Process Package Engineer-Pharma

We are currently looking for Process Engineers-Pharma to join us in a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities

-5+ years’ experience in upstream / downstream bioprocess operations, who have experience in equipment design such as bioreactors, buffer prep, chromatography skids, Ultrafiltration & Diafiltration skids, Filtration skids, Tank farms, Autoclave, Parts washer and CIP systems, who will be actively involved in the basic and detailed design, along with the commissioning and qualification phases of projects.

-Work with Design and Construction Management firms (EPCM), together with the client’s process engineers to support and complete the following tasks within schedule

-Involved in Basic and Detail design phase of project.-

-Review P&IDs, standard detail drawings, URS, HAZOP study report etc.,

-Review detailed specification datasheets for equipment, valves, instruments, piping etc.,

-Read & Understand PCS7 / DeltaV Functional Specification and Knowledge/ Experience in Siemens PCS7 / DeltaV is preferable

- Knowledge / experience in DeltaV is an added advantag

- Understanding equipment commissioning, various stages of qualification and process activities.

- Thorough knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Engineering Practices (GEP)
