Product Designer

Overview

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to lead design-driven development for our web and mobile (iOS/Android) applications. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineers and stakeholders, champion Figma-based workflows, and design systems that enhance our software development lifecycle (SDLC). We welcome fresh graduates who demonstrate strong foundational skills and a drive to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of the UI/UX design process, from research to developer-ready designs in Figma.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and user needs into actionable, high-quality design deliverables.
• Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency and efficiency.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design reviews to validate and iterate on solutions.
• Advocate for design-driven development and integrate design best practices into our SDLC.
• Apply meticulous attention to detail and logical thinking at every stage of the design process, while balancing creativity to deliver delightful user experiences.
• Mentor peers and promote a culture of continuous improvement in both design and process.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient and comfortable using AI-powered design tools and workflows, alongside Adobe Creative Suite.
• Skilled in Figma as the primary platform for collaborative design and delivery.
• Skilled in agentic-first workflows with Claude Code / GPT Codex or similar.
• Experience in designing for both web and mobile (iOS/Android) platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively in agile teams.
• Meticulous in your approach, with logical and structured problem-solving skills—yet able to bring creative solutions to design challenges.
• Knowledge of frontend coding (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) or web/mobile frameworks.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with analytics or user feedback tools for design validation.
• Prior experience integrating design systems into agile or CI/CD workflows.
