R&D Engineer (Power Electronics - MNC)

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate R&D Engineer (Power Electronics) to design, develop, and test high-performance power converter systems. You will be involved in the full product lifecycle — from design to validation and production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop analog/digital control systems for switch-mode power converters.

• Develop firmware and control algorithms for MCU/DSP-based systems.

• Perform circuit simulation, prototyping, and lab testing (electrical, thermal, EMI/EMC).

• Prepare design documentation, test reports, and support product release.

• Work with mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams for product transfer.

• Ensure compliance with IEC, UL, RoHS, REACH, and ISO 9001 standards.

• Support design reviews, cost reduction, and process improvement projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.

• Open for candidates with no prior experience.

• Experience in power electronics design, simulation, and testing.

• Proficient in MCU/DSP programming and control system design.

• Hands-on with PCB tools and simulation software (e.g., MATLAB, LTspice).

• Strong teamwork, communication, and analytical skills.
