Sales Technical Support
1. Issue Purchase Order (PO) & Delivery Order (DO)

2. Prepare & arrange materials/components/parts

• Check stock availability upon receiving client/customer PO

• Coordinate with Site Engineer or In-charge for the delivery of the required parts

3. Prepare Quotation

• Prepare quotation and point schedule according to sale in-charge tender dedication.

4. Prepare catalog submission

• Coordinate with Sales, Project and Engineering team for submission document in Tender or Project stage

• Update the catalog submission list based on client/consultant document return feedback (e.g. approved or resubmission status)

5. Prepare Digital Power Meter (DPM) Summary list

• Assist in preparing Digital Power Meter (DPM) summary list

• List down Digital Power Meter (DPM) quantity and allocation them to nearest Direct Digital Control (DDC) panel


Project Drafter
1. Prepare, update and revise drawings submission (tender or project stage)

• Building Management System (BMS) conduit & trunking plan

• Direct Digital Control (DDC) Panel drawing

• Revise drawings based on project requirements or site conditions and comments from engineers/designers

• Review Building Information Modelling (BIM) drawing and coordinate with designer’s drafter and project engineer to determine if re-routing of conduit and trunking is required due to site constraints (e.g. wall obstructions)

• Assist in preparing Energy Management System (EMS) and Digital Power Meter (DPM) summary list (DPM quantity and allocation them to nearest DDC panel) for updating of network drawing and for Engineer during the creation of termination list
