Senior Brand Designer

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday
• Working Location: Central Singapore
• Salary Package: Up to $8,000 + AWS + VB

We are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Designer to develop and maintain the organisation's visual identity while creating engaging brand assets across digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions that support business objectives and ensure brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand identity systems and visual guidelines across the organisation.
• Design marketing and corporate materials, including digital assets, presentations, advertising collateral, website graphics and print materials.
• Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all communication channels.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Present design concepts and recommendations, incorporating feedback while maintaining brand consistency.
• Provide guidance and support to junior designers through design reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality creative materials within project timelines.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design or visual communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and digital design is an advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
• A portfolio showcasing branding, visual identity and creative design projects is required.
