AWHL is looking for a Senior In-Hopuse Designer to join the marketing team.
As Senior Designer, you will be responsible for executing high-quality visual designs that support the brand’s marketing and communication objectives across digital and offline touchpoints.
Working closely with the Creative Lead and marketing team, you will translate creative briefs into visually compelling assets while ensuring consistency with the brand’s visual identity. You will contribute strong design execution across campaigns, social media, retail collaterals, and marketing materials.
Candidates with animation, motion graphics, or video editing skills will have an added advantage.
Execute designs in accordance with the brand’s visual identity and corporate image (CI) across all communication channels.
Ensure all creative outputs align with brand standards, tone, and positioning.
Maintain consistency across all consumer touchpoints including digital, print, retail, and marketing materials.
Support updates to design templates and visual assets when required.
Conceptualise, design, and produce visual assets for digital and offline campaigns, including but not limited to social media, websites, eDMs, in-store displays, and print collaterals.
Translate creative briefs into compelling and high-quality visual deliverables.
Create visually cohesive assets that support marketing objectives and enhance brand recognition.
Prepare final artworks accurately across multiple formats, sizes, and dimensions.
Design engaging social media posts, stories, and digital ads optimised for different platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of content according to the social media calendar.
Adapt creative assets for performance marketing, digital advertising, and online campaigns.
Stay updated with social media trends and evolving visual styles.
Design and produce collaterals for both digital platforms and offline activations—including in-outlet visuals, brochures, banners, posters, event displays, and POSM materials.
Ensure high-quality output and accurate adaptation of designs across multiple formats and dimensions.
Liaise with external vendors, printers, and production partners when necessary.
Ensure all printed materials meet production specifications and quality standards.
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of design experience in an agency or in-house marketing environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of digital, print, and branding work.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Excellent understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design requests simultaneously.
Good communication and project coordination skills.
Ability to work independently while taking direction and feedback effectively.
Experience in beauty, wellness, or retail design is an advantage.
Basic skills in animation, motion graphics, or video editing (e.g. Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro) will be an added advantage.
