Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

1. Creating new design, developing and managing brand identity systems, packaging, print campaigns and interactive media

2. Conceptualise, design and create attractive, functional and on-brand product packaging based on requirements, including creating mock-ups to test the functionality, aesthetics and practicality of packaging designs

3. Able to prepare illustrations or rough sketches of materials

4. Support the marketing team in all design-related works for marketing communications, advertisements, retail stores, online platforms and mall e-stores

5. Create static and video content for social media, utilising tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro

6. Conceptualise and create designs for a variety of print media, including promotional posters, banners, sales kits, marketing collaterals, etc.

7. Conceptualise and design for events, including creating moodboards, selecting colour palettes, designing event displays and working with vendors

8. Produce design assets such as product listing images and banners, for in-store, website, and other marketing channels, which requires digital superimposing and image editing

9. Conceptualise and design for website, campaign landing pages an eDMs, ensuring optimal browsing experience for mobile and desktop interfaces

10. Creation and adaptation of integrated campaign designs across various marketing medium, from online to offline channels

11. Review internal and external design works to ensure brand consistency and high-quality works, including liaising with agencies and freelancers

12. Research new design trends to develop new concepts and implement best practices to improve internal design processes

Qualifications & Work Experience

1. Diploma in Art/Design/Creative or equivalent

2. A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous work

3. Minimum 3 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the FMCG industry

4. Proficient in creative software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

5. Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques

6. Strong communication skills and able to work independently or with a team
