Senior Makeup & Stylist (Portrait Studio)

We are a premium portrait photography studio specializing in high-end portrait and personal branding photography. We are seeking an experienced Senior Makeup & Stylist to join our creative team.

This role plays a critical part in the overall portrait outcome, ensuring clients are professionally styled and camera-ready for high-quality studio photography.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional makeup and styling services for portrait photography sessions, including personal branding, executive portraits, and family portraits.

• Design complete look concepts including makeup, hair styling, and wardrobe coordination suitable for studio photography.

• Work closely with photographers to ensure styling aligns with lighting, composition, and overall creative direction.

• Prepare clients before photo shoots and provide on-set adjustments when necessary.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, product usage, and styling presentation.

• Ensure each client’s look is tailored to enhance facial features and suit studio portrait requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in makeup and styling, preferably in photography studios, bridal, fashion, or commercial environments.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating makeup and styling work for professional shoots or photography sessions.

• Deep understanding of makeup techniques suitable for studio lighting and high-resolution photography.

• Strong sense of aesthetics, fashion coordination, and visual presentation.

• Ability to work closely with photographers and contribute to overall image production quality.

• Excellent communication and client service skills.

• Portfolio submission is required for all applicants.

Preferred:

• Experience in portrait studios or premium photography studios.

• Experience in personal branding, editorial, bridal or commercial styling.

• Strong understanding of how makeup and styling affect photographic outcomes.
