Senior Service Quality Officer

Job Purpose

We are looking for a designer to support visual communications across commuter-facing touchpoints.
This role focuses on design execution, brand application, and production across print and digital platforms, working closely with the Commuter Engagement and Service Excellence teams.
You will be responsible for creating clear, consistent, and effective visuals used in real-world public environments.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and produce graphic assets for print and digital platforms (e.g. posters, signage, social media, banners)

• Execute layout, typography, and visual hierarchy in line with brand guidelines

• Prepare artwork for print production and digital deployment (print-ready files, web assets)

• Apply and maintain brand consistency across all materials

• Adapt designs across different formats, sizes, and environments

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate requirements into visual solutions

• Review and refine work based on feedback, ensuring accuracy and quality

• Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects

Qualifications and Work Experience

• Diploma / Higher Nitec in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or related field

• 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates welcome)

• Solid understanding of design fundamentals (layout, typography, colour, hierarchy)

Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

• Strong sense of layout, typography, and composition

• Attention to detail, especially in production and file setup

• Ability to work within established brand systems

• Good communication skills and ability to take direction

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• A portfolio of design work is required
